Workshop Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
• Please attend courses promptly, as any late arrivals (over 15–20 minutes) may not be able to participate.

• Cancellations & Refunds

• If you cancel 7 days before your course. #
• You may send someone else as a substitute. Please inform us of their details in advance.
• You may transfer to another workshop if space allows. If no dates suit, we will add you to a waiting list.
• Refunds are only issued if cancellation occurs more than 14 days before the workshop.

• Cancellation by Us

• In the unlikely event we cancel a workshop, you will receive at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Options include:
• Transfer to another workshop date.
• Voucher for future workshops or courses.
• Full Refund
• We are not liable for any additional costs incurred due to he cancellation of courses.

General

• Our policy is designed to be fair for everyone, ensuring we maintain workshop quality and viability.

• Please note: Sewing involves sharp tools and machines. By joining this workshop, you are responsible for your own safety. I am not liable for any injuries or accidents during or after the session. We encourage everyone to work carefully and follow instructions.
